01 — STATEMENT
Every ocean hides a story that deserves to be told.
Underwater Photographer · AllBlue Founder
I was born close to the sea and have never strayed far from it. AllBlue is my attempt to give back to the ocean at least a part of what it has given me — through images that tell the story of the hidden life beneath the surface, in places where light becomes something entirely different.
I have spent over 500 hours underwater, exploring 12 different seas, from the floors of the Mediterranean to the waters of the Caribbean. Every shot is an act of respect towards a fragile ecosystem.
The sea is not a photography studio. Every dive begins with a silent pact: do not disturb, do not alter, leave no trace — visible or invisible.
No heavy post-processing, no staged scenes. Only the reality of the deep, captured at the exact moment when light reveals it for the first time.
Going deep means more than just diving. It means understanding ecosystems, studying species, building stories that make scientific and poetic sense together.
Images must do something. Move, inform, drive action. Every project has a reason that goes far beyond aesthetics alone.
Protecting the oceans is not an isolated moment — it is a daily practice. I commit to producing content with consistency and dedication, over time.
Before shooting, I observe. I study the environment, I wait for the right moment. Patience is not a virtue — it is an integral part of the technique.
Every project has a narrative. Not isolated shots, but sequences that build understanding — from the surface to the depths, with rigour and poetry.
My work does not end with publication. Part of the revenue from every collaboration goes to marine conservation initiatives. To document is already a political act.
